Mukta has spent significant years of her career on the research side where she gained hands-on and managerial experience across insight and project management roles. With a passion for client management and people development, she decided to capitalize these skills in building Agile research unit within RSB Insights and Analytics.

She fosters an entrepreneurial culture at RSB  known for customer service, unsurpassed responsiveness, and remarkable dependability. She leads people toward meeting the organization’s vision, mission and goals and works to ensure that RSB is constantly evolving its methods and keeping stride with changes in the agile research landscape.

Growth in the team size and number of clients is the reflection of her entrepreneurial nature. She takes immense pride in how agile research team handles every process of project execution whether it is recruitment, data collection and submission of toplines. We approach new situations with enthusiasm and enjoy the challenge of learning something new in our work.

She has pursued Masters in Psychology.

She enjoys baking, reading and weaving stories!
