Mangala is a veteran of 29 years of rich experience in managing Operations for Market Research in India. She hasworked with all the leading Market Research Organizations which include Mode Research, TNS India, Nielsen India,Kantar IMRB India.

After Graduation in Arts, Mangala started her career in Mode Research in 1991 which was merged with TNS in 2003and she was with TNS till 2014. She worked in Nielsen for 3 yrs during 2014 to 2017 and then joined Kantar IMRB as Senior Director, Business Operations in Mumbai till 2018. She led the field operations for team and was responsible for end to end execution of the projects ensuring timely data delivery and good data quality. She rejoined Nielsen India in Sept 2018 as Associate Director Business Operations and led projects using CAPI/CATI/Online

methodologies. Mangala joined RSB Insights Analytics in Oct 2020 to provide strong leadership to the growing RSB Operations team.

Mangala’s experience spans MR projects of wide diversities and complexities in operations and scale. She hasworked closely with senior decision-makers and research leaders in planning, managing and ensuring smoothdelivery of projects as per time and quality commitments along with cost efficiency. Mangala is well-versed on all standard operating procedures relating to Data collection/operations.
